First Step

Welcome to the first step in earning your training certificate in 5PHE©! This training is designed to transform you and/or your team's engagement ability beyond anything you have likely seen before. This is true whether you are working with clients in need, working with customers, or have a desire to strengthen your professional and personal relationships. We offer training cohorts for those who are looking to become certified individually and for those looking to get certified as a group.

What to Expect

Participants will engage in a 4-day training that focuses on learning, understanding, retaining, and executing the 5PHE© engagement approach to fidelity. Participants will engage in a deep dive of the 5PHE© engagement approach. From there, the training focus transitions to preparing participants to execute the 5PHE© engagement approach effectively, consistently, and to fidelity. 

Training is concluded with a 5PHE© Training Completion Exam (T.C.E.).  Participants who do not successfully pass the T.C.E. will receive one additional training day/exam retake that is included in the initial training fee. If the participant(s) fail to successfully pass the exam on the second try, they will need to re-register and pay to be accepted into a new certification training cohort.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive their official certification notice signifying their competence of the engagement approach and their ability to execute the approach effectively, consistently, and to fidelity.

Qualifications For Training

Participants must be 18 years old or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Participants must be ready to truly strengthen their ability to engage effectively as opposed to just earning another certification.

Process For Enrollment

Once you have decided to embark on this 4-day journey, please fill out the brief informational form by clicking below on the yellow "I'm Interested or Ready to Enroll" button.  A member from the enrollment team will reach out to you within 24 hours with additional information and next steps in the enrollment process. The cost of the program, location of the training, appropriate training expectations, and any additional questions you may have will be covered during this time. At this point, you have made the decision to take the step forward. It is our job to make the enrollment process extremely easy, stress free, and enjoyable. Once all steps have been completed, you will receive a phone call from one of our company officers to welcome you to your cohort and to ensure there are no new or remaining questions about the program you may have.
