First Step

Welcome to the first step in becoming a Licensed 5PHE© site! This training is designed to transform you and/or your team's engagement ability beyond anything you have likely seen before. This is true whether you are working with clients in need, working with customers, or have a desire to strengthen your professional and personal relationships. Prepare to take your site to the next level!

What to Expect

The path to full 5PHE© licensing ranges on a timeline of 18 to 24 months. The licensing process is broken down into three separate phases. These phases are the Blue Phase, Gray Phase, and White Phase. Each phase concludes with a Phase Completion Exam (P.C.E.) that serves as the final prerequisite needed to progress to the next phase. Prospective sites are assigned to a certified 5PHE© trainer to guide the prospective site throughout its licensing process.

During the second half of the White Phase, prospective sites will identify one team member to become a certified 5PHE© trainer. The selected, prospective certified 5PHE© trainer will have a separate set of deliverables and checkpoints to complete before recieving official certification.

Upon completion of the program, the prospective site will receive their official license representing the site's competence of the engagement approach and its ability to execute the approach effectively, consistently, and to fidelity. There are also legal permissions and functions that the site will be granted to perform. The site's certified 5PHE© trainer will take over the site training for fidelity, sustainability, and will work as a direct liason with and under the licensing authority of Dr. Sturdifen and the Life Push, LLC leadership.

Qualifications For Participant Training

Participants must be 18 years old or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. 

Qualifications For Site Licensing

Site must have no less than 3 participants who are at least 18 years old. The selected certified 5PHE© trainer must have at least a 4 year degree in pyschology, business, marketing, counseling, sociology, or a related field. The site must pass the initial screening process to ensure sustainability and ability to complete the licensing process. 

Process For Enrollment

Once you have decided to embark on this licensing journey, please fill out the brief informational form by clicking below on the yellow "I'm Interested or Ready to Enroll" button. A member from the enrollment team will reach out to you within 24 hours with additional information and next steps in the enrollment process. The cost of the program, location of the training, appropriate training expectations, and any additional questions you may have will be covered during this time. At this point, you have made the decision to take the step forward. It is our job to make the enrollment process extremely easy, stress free, and enjoyable. Once all steps have been completed, you will receive a phone call from one of our company officers to welcome you to your cohort and to ensure there are no new or remaining questions about the program you may have.
